ABOUT

Starla Hay grew up in southern Ohio, attended Columbus College of Art and Design, and traveled the US and Canada attending and selling at conventions. She is currently located in western Pennsylvania.

She is an illustrator and concept artist currently doing merchandise design and freelance with a passion in environmental/background work, historical studies and fantasy.
